I found Dr Payal to be very professional, polite, sincere *** *************.
I have consulted her a few times over the last 5-6 years (at various practicing locations) and thankfully she never disappointed me.
Her expertise in Retina, Vision-test, Cataract and Squint/Mis-alignment is worth mentioning.
She very patiently performs all the kind of eye tests and would explain everything in detail in the layman's terms.
Her recent prescriptions are very detailed - I have usually not seen such a detailed prescription with separate spaces for various eye-symptoms and tests.
Also, apart from the usual methods of Eye-glasses, Eye-drops and Medicines, she emphasises a lot on natural treatments, like eye exercises, sufficient nutrients and other natural methods of healing. In this regard, she publishes and advises lots of good and bad practices too.
Thankfully, due to her advice and my consistent routines, my eye-power (short-sight) was reduced to a good extent.
Overall, I found her a very genuine and empathetic Doctor.

The overall experience with Dr Payal is very pleasant.
For my daughter, I was very anxious that she may get Glasses at around 8-9 years of age.
However, the Doctor was so friendly and playful with my daughter that she became very friendly and comfortable getting treated at her Clinic.
With 3 visits: Basic tests, Dilation tests and again confirmation tests, the Doctor suggested some eye exercises only with a couple of eye drops. And thankfully, now my daughter does not feel any strain in her eyes.
Overall I had very good and comforting experience here.
