Dr. Meenu Kapoor

Very experienced and learned doctor. She always do a very thorough examination for each patient, listens through all the queries and concerns of visiting patients and try to answer in best possible manner for understanding in simple terms. Her polite approach helps patients open-up to her, she promotes patients to understand the medical conditions in accurate way and the precautions and remedies which should be taken in consideration. She is an expert consultant in field of gynaecology and conducts seminars at her hopital for pre and post maternity candidates.

I visited on 19th July 2021 for my first pregnancy check up. I saw that doctor was not available on the given time and the other assistant available asked me for first ultrasound till doctor comes, after coming back to the hospital what I saw was shocking or abnormal at doctor's cabin. I saw that 5-6 couples were standing in the cabin and doctor was looking after all the patients at the same time, that we don't expect in doctor's cabin.If there is something that we need to speak to doctor in private, we can't do that. When I was sitting infront of her that time also she was busy talking to other patients. At last when my turn came she was speaking to me and the other lady who was also in first trimester, she was speaking to us at the same time may be the other lady's pregnancy is different but she was giving same advice to us. Then she asked for some blood tests that needs to be done and she has provided her whatsapp number to send them once done. I got my test reports on 22 July and i sent them to the doctor same day but till today(24 July) i didn't recieve any reply from her or any of my calls answered by her as i was having headache too so i wanted to check with her if she can provide some medicine on call before my next visit. Unfortunately we had to visit today again just to show the test reports. Today also the same thing happened when we reached there, 5-6 patients were in the cabin and others were waiting outside the door. I just had to show the test reports to doctor so my turn came in 10 mins, when I entered the cabin i had to wait again for 5-10mins and then the assistant doctor has taken my file, and when i went to the doctor she even didn't look at the reports, the assistant doctor has checked the reports and advised accordingly. So, ladies i advice you to kindly go through this feedback which is very genuine and would save your money and time as well.In pregnancy we should approach a doctor who have time for us to talk atleast for 10 mins. Please spend some more time to search for a good environment where you will feel better while visiting because when I visited this hospital i felt suffocated.

I went to her for pain in my lower abdomen area during 6th month of pregnancy and she did not even check the area where pain was. She checked my kidneys liver pancreas and said there are no signs for stone, it may be because of constipation and when i said that i dont have constipation. She replied i am not doing your pregnancy related usg cant tell you anything about it. Doctor not at all helpful, I called for emergency they said doctor will come however on reaching doctor refused to come and did not even talk over phone..

Also previously, they have misplaced my wife's pregnancy file and blamed me and my family.. CCTv footage clearly showed staff's mistake.. Very rude staff.. Don't know how to talk.. ****** * ***** ******* ***** No care for patients.* ****** **** ***** ***** *** no help is provided for patients.. No caring attitude

We booked OPD for Dr. Meenu Kapoor at 11:00 Am, her team mentions that Mam comes around 11:30 AM. So we waited. Then the nurse said, please go inside and meet the duty doctor in the meantime, she suggested to get ultrasound.

Now what kind of OB-GYN doesn’t have ultrasound at their premises. We were suggested to go to Shanti Dignostics for Sonography. Took another 1:30 hours in this and commute back to her hospital.

Contacted Nurse, if the Doctor is now available, she was available. We went inside. 2 other patients were in there with us. Dr. Kapoor didn’t even bother about atleast checking reports and vitals. The duty doctor prescribed medicines and that was all.

We couldnot even get to talk to the Doctor for which we asked & paid for. Because apparently, her personal phone calls are rather important than a patient.

Highly disappointed!

Too much rush in opd. No system. Patients were going to doctor room without their respective number, seating arrangement was not satisfying.

Have to wait always minimum 2 hrs after taking appointment on call no appointment according to the que such pathatic service never seen in any hospital in my whole life even in govt hospitals

Perfect doctor, she attend me very well. Thanks to practo for all the arrangements. I wish her a very good luck...

Dr. Meenu Kapoor is well known name in the filed of Gynogiest. She speak with patients politely clear all doubts which patient delight.
