Dr Deepika Makkar is a great listener, very patient and helps the patient understand their issues in simplified words. She neutralises and normalises mental health problems like no one else. She makes mental health problems seem like a fever that may stay for a few days but eventually it will go away and teaches strategies on how to live life to the fullest despite the symptoms that might linger on for life. It is very easy to open up to her and she is extremely approachable. She even makes taking medicines for mental health seem like something that is necessary and not addictive, which most mental health patients are scared of.

When I first visited Dr. Dipika Makkar, I was in a very dark place. I was struggling with major depression that had taken a toll on every aspect of my life — my work, my relationships, and even my ability to think clearly. I felt low all the time, had no motivation, no concentration, and a constant heaviness of sadness I couldn’t shake off.

Meeting Dr. Dipika was the turning point. Her calm, understanding nature made it easy for me to open up, and her treatment plan gave me hope when I had almost lost it. She not only prescribed the right course of action but also helped me understand my emotions and how to navigate through them.

Gradually, things started changing. My mood improved, I could focus again, and I started feeling like myself after a long time. Today, I feel like I don’t carry that burden anymore — I feel happy, balanced, and fully back to living my life.

I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Dipika for her support, professionalism, and for truly caring. She didn’t just treat my condition — she helped me reclaim my life.

it's going to be a year in few months since I started my treatment under her supervision. doctor's prescribed medication really helped me to get back to normal (dearly missed). I am still taking treatment. it's just to let everyone know don't lose hope and we all can feel back to normal. I am happy to be in good hands. you can trust her blindly for your mental well being.
