Positives - efficient and effective.Potential areas of improvement - 1. impersonal and hurried attitude - increased empathy towards patient will help in an informed recovery and better feedback. 2. Illegible handwriting and unintelligible directions - I couldn't understand his directions for the meds or recall the exercises later, considering I have a doctorate in science and deal with uncertainty as a profession. Needs to go slow while explaining treatment to patient .

The billing counter is very slow and during rush hour there should be counter closed. The payment if bill itself took over 30 minutes - if a sick person without an attender how will he ir she manage?

His behaviour is so casual, he is not even interested to know your problems. I dont know why he is in so hurry and not listening patients problem professionally..
