Apollo white called me after I made an appointment through practo, and quoted me 500 RS as a consultation fee and 1050 RS for a teeth cleaning session. After the service was rendered I was charged double. They eventually honoured their word after a confrontation. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this office, I find that it is exploitative and dishonest. When undergoing health treatments you should not feel like you are at an auction or at a bazaar.
In addition, I booked an appointment to see Dr. Anjali, but when I arrived i was told she was on leave. I was not notified of the change beforehand.

My issue is with the doctor itself. I booked the appointment for Dr. Anjali Sharma. but when I visited the clinic the receptionist told me that she had gone to US and Dr. Neelam Sharma is here and is using her practo account. I cannot say much about the doctor but I'm not feeling good as there is a trust issue here.
