Visited Dr. Vikas Thukral (Ophthalmologist/ Eye Surgeon)
It has always been a terrible experience in terms of wait time.
The usual wait time is 45 to 1 hour, no matter how serious the issue is.
Today i visited for my mother's eye issue. First, the appointment was rescheduled automatically without any prior intimation.
I reached on time at the clinic but still the wait time as more than 40 minutes.
Also, the staff kept pushing to take an appointment by calling the clinic locally and not via practo.
This is a regular case with Dr. Thukral's visit and I don't recommend urgent helpseekers to consult him.

For me Dr. Pooja was a real blessing who guided and made my pregnancy healthy and joyful. It was great to see Dr. Pooja, her expertise and guidance have always make us feel confident and also helped me to deliver my baby normally which is quite rare in this time. It's said that patient should trust their doctors but when a doctor is like u the trust gets developed. Thanku ma'am for all the concern till date u r having for me and my child.
