Toubia is a licensed psychologist with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH). He holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the Saint-Joseph University (USJ) in Lebanon.With a specialization in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) certified by the College of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CCBT) in the United Kingdom, Toubia provides personalized and effective treatment to his clients.
