Aakriti is a Licensed Clinical and Educational Psychologist in Dubai registered with the Dubai Healthcare Authority (DHA), Community Development Authority CDA, Dubai, UAE) and Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI, India) with experience of more than a decade.
Her area of expertise is in psychological testing with children, young adolescents and adults; she is skilled and experienced in conducting comprehensive Cognitive/Academic Assessments and other conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactive/Inattentive Disorder (ADHD/ADD), Autism, Behavioural /Emotional/Development disorder.
Along with the assessment she has had extensive experience and interest to treat a plethora of mental health and psycho-social issues, such as depression, parent-child relationships, challenging behaviors, school avoidance, learning difficulties and peer relationships, along with this she provides direct support and interventions to students, consult with teachers, and other school-employed mental health professionals (i.e., school counsellors, school social workers) to improve support strategies, classroom management.
