Dr. Walid Sharif Mahmood

Dr. Walid Mohamed is a renowned consultant Pulmonologist who has been practicing adult pulmonology for over 15 years he is American Board Certified. His areas of interest are Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and Polysomnography interpretation, Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease, Interstitial Lung Disease, Sleep Disordered Breathing, and Asthma. His method of diagnosing breathing problems and a persistent cough .He obtained his degrees at the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, including LRCP & SI, MB, BCH, and BAO (NUI). He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship at the renowned McGill University in Canada. A dual American Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease was subsequently awarded to him..He worked as a consultant in pulmonary medicine for the Dubai Health Authority. The Dubai Health Authority presented him with the “You Are Our Pride” Appreciation Award in his honor. The Royal College of Surgeons also gave him second class honors in oto-rhino-laryngology.
