Dr Vrata Shetty brings with her over 15 years of dental experience and expertise.Dr Shetty completed her Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery and went on to do her Master’s in Endodontics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.Dr Shetty has practiced in Dubai for over 10 years now and is well-versed with the needs of her patients here. Dr Shetty is a strong advocate of minimal invasive dentistry and wants to change the way her patients perceive dentistry. She uses the latest techniques to provide a pain-free experience in her day-to-day practice.An expert on root canal treatments and retreatments ,she uses painless anesthesia techniques which greatly aid in anxiety management with patients. She is also a Certified Endodontic specialist trainer for Rotary Endodontics program by Dentsply . A strong believer in the idea that “the learning never stops”, she keeps herself updated on the latest in cosmetic dentistry like the Digital Smile Design , is Lumineer certified and regularly uses these cutting-edge techniques on a variety of aesthetically oriented cases. Dr Vrata Shetty is also the Medical Director at Rex Medical Centre and has played a pivotal role in the inception of the practice.Knowing how important it is to have a work-life balance, Dr Vrata Shetty spends her time with her husband, two children and their extended family during the weekends. An avid reader and movie buff, Dr Vrata is always looking for new books and movies to explore. She loves the outdoors and eagerly looks forward to camping season during cooler months.
