Tania studied in Cape Town, South Africa, graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy. She has over 27 years of experience and has worked in South Africa, USA and the UK in both the private and government sectors.Tania is currently studying her Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy. She is fascinated by human movement and the complex brain processes required to perform movement. Tania brings movement theories into practice to solve abnormal, inefficient movement patterns, understand the injury at the tissue level and the effects of the injury on movement, function, and life goals of the client. She guides the body and brain into successful, functional, loaded patterns with targeted exercises that are meaningful for the individual – THIS is the ultimate challenge. Tania works towards translating evidence into practice, developing inter-disciplinary services and introducing novel approaches to rehabilitation.
