Dr. Suhail Maqbool

Dr. Suhail Maqbool is a Specialist in Otolaryngology at Medcare. He obtained his MBBS from the Government Medical College in Srinagar, India, and a Master of Surgery (MS) in ENT Surgery from the renowned Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, India. He is a member of the Indian Association of Otolaryngologists (IAO) and the Saudi Cancer Society (SCS).Dr. Maqbool gained invaluable experience working across India, KSA and the UAE for the last three decades. He initially worked as a Registrar in the Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) Hospital, followed by stints at Dr. Maqbool's ENT/Head & Neck Centre and Medicare Hospital, all in Srinagar, India. Later, he moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he worked at King Saud University Hospitals for many years. He was involved with teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University. Later, he joined the King Fahd Medical City in Riyadh as an Assistant Consultant and was also associated with the King Saud University for Health Sciences as a tutor-guide for undergraduate ORL teaching. Subsequently, he relocated to the UAE, where he served as an ENT Specialist with RAK Hospital and Aster DM Healthcare. Later, he joined NMC Healthcare as the Head of the Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery. He worked briefly with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Cooper Health Clinic and Fakeeh University Hospital as a Specialist ENT before joining Medcare.
