Stephanie graduated from Otago University, with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics followed by a post graduate Masters in Applied Nutrition with Sports Nutrition. Stephanie holds a Diploma of Eating Disorders from United States and in 2011, she also studied Functional Integrative Nutrition.Stephanie has worked in a hospital setting as well as private medical clinics where she was heavily involved in applied nutrition consulting, as well as being a lecturer at the New Zealand Institute of Sport and other educational institutions. She was a content writer for the New Zealand correspondence school Health and Physical exercise syllabus before coming to Dubai in 2005. Stephanie is a member of the New Zealand Dietetic Association.Stephanie regularly writes for magazines and newspapers; and is often invited to comment on a host of nutritional matters in The National, Gulf News, Khaleej Times and local radio and TV. She is a nutrition content writer and acts as a moderator and contributor on wellness panels.She is well-established as a medical consultant in Dietetics and Nutrition consulting, as well as contributing to the corporate sector and at a wide range of health events.
