Dr. Sravani Behara

Dr. Sravani Behara, is a Specialist Psychiatrist at OPENMINDS Centre. She has more than 12 Years of experience as a Psychiatrist after the Post-Graduation.She finds Psychiatry very rewarding to be able to delve into people’s minds. Throughout her career in India & UAE, she has been exposed to people from a variety of socio-economic, ethnic and religious backgrounds and this has enriched her performance as a doctor in the communities she has been based in.She is experienced in managing mental health conditions across all age groups in both OP, IP settings using various pharmacological and psychological approaches. She has also worked as an Asst. Professor in a 650 bedded tertiary care teaching hospital (Nimra Institute of Medical Sciences, India) for more than three years and one year in a Government Medical College (Siddhartha Medical College, India). She has extensive experience in handling de-addiction, general adult clinics, geriatric, child guidance etc.
