Dr. Sami Farhat

Dr. Sami Farhat, MBBS, is a Consultant General Surgeon with over 22 years of experience, currently practicing at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Center in Dubai. He completed his medical degree in Baghdad in 1981 and pursued surgical training in London at prestigious institutions including the Royal London, St. Bartholomew’s, and Royal Free Hospitals. Before relocating to the UAE, he served for nearly 16 years as a consultant at Epsom & St. Helier NHS Trust in the UK. A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Dr. Farhat specializes in colorectal and gastrointestinal surgery, with particular expertise in laparoscopic procedures, treatment of hemorrhoids, anal fissures and fistulas, management of fecal incontinence, hernia and gallbladder surgery, as well as performing colonoscopy and endoscopy for cancer screening.
