Ms. Samar Bou Antoun

Ms. Samar is a Licensed Clinical Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition – Clinical Nutrition from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon. Starting her career in a private clinic in Lebanon, Ms Samar has counseled and supported thousands of patients. She has worked in various healthcare settings, gaining extensive experience in both preventive and clinical nutrition.Her expertise centers on women’s health, with a strong focus on nutrition for pregnancy, breastfeeding, fertility, and hormone balance. She also specializes in gut health, pre-diabetes and diabetes management, and sustainable weight management. Beyond lifestyle-focused therapy, Ms Samar supports patients with gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic conditions, and complex clinical needs through an evidence-based and patient-centered approach.
