Dr. Rania Hafez

Dr. Rania Hassan Hafez is a general dentist at the Medcare Medical Centres, at Rashidiya & Khawaneej. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Oral & Dental medicine from the prestigious Ain Shams University, Egypt, she worked as a general dentist in Egypt, Sharjah & Dubai. In Dubai she worked as a general dentist at Med-Gate Medical centre, Advanced Specialists Medical Centre, & at Marbella Medical Centre, Alain. She also served as Medical Director at Alsultan MC, Dubai. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Paediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the Emirates Medical Association as well as the American Dental Association.Dr. Rania is accomplished in various cosmetic & general dental procedures. These include root canal treatment (rotary & conventional), fillings, crown & bridge work, veneers, removable prosthesis, bleaching procedures, extraction (non-surgical), simple Implants procedures, & laser treatment. She is well-versed in periodontal procedures & evaluation, & paediatric dentistry. Her area of expertise covers scaling & root planning (deep cleaning), pit & fissure sealant, applying Fluoride treatments, aesthetic & cosmetic restoration including composite restorations, veneers, crowns & bridge, construction of full and partial dentures, socket preservations, extractions & minor oral surgeries. She has treated children with or without conscious sedation from preparation of zircon crown with fibre post in badly broken front baby teeth, smile make over for paediatric patients, endodontic treatment, soft tissue laser, dental implant management, aesthetic & cosmetic restoration like veneers, crowns & bridge. Dr. Rania is fond of swimming & reading in her spare time. She is fluent in Arabic & English languages.
