Dr. Mukeshkumar Ramani

Dr Mukesh Kumar Ramani is a Specialist Otolaryngologist in the ENT Department at Medcare Medical Centre. He completed his MBBS from the Thanjavur Medical College in Tamilnadu, India and his MS (ENT) from the B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, India. He has a Diplomate from the National Board of Examinations (DNB), New Delhi, India. He holds the Diploma in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (DO-HNS) from the Royal College of Surgeons, UK, is a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (FEBORL) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He is a member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, the International Medical Sciences Academy and the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS), UK.Dr. Ramani commenced his career with the Sanjay Gandhi Post-graduate Institute as a Senior Resident after which he was an Assistant Professor at the well-known B J Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. Subsequently, he relocated to the UAE, where he spent over a decade working as a Specialist Otolaryngologist first, at Al Rafa Poly Clinic and then at the Aster Jubilee Medical Complex, a branch of D M Healthcare LLC.Dr. Ramani is keenly interested in various ENT surgery subspecialties, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), paediatric Tonsillo-Adenoidectomy, microscopic ear surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and microscopic laryngeal surgery. He is proficient in the management of tinnitus and vertigo, treatment of voice disorders, chronic nasal allergies, sudden hearing loss and obstructive sleep apnoea. His excellent skills and thirst for knowledge drive him to provide comprehensive and specialised care to his patients.
