Kinga Zemla is a seasoned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland. To further enhance her expertise, she pursued additional coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology in the USA, developing a deep understanding of B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior.Kinga has dedicated her career to crafting personalized behavior intervention plans that yield positive results for individuals with autism. What sets her apart is her comprehensive understanding of their diverse needs and the unique challenges they face in communication and social interaction. She integrates innovative strategies that take into account the individual’s strengths and preferences, fostering a holistic and person-centered care model, a hallmark of her practice.Kinga’s engagement with the autism community extends beyond the clinical setting. She is a vocal advocate for increased awareness and understanding. She has led workshops, conducted training sessions, and provided supervision for ABA therapists, parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals.
