Dulene Swanepoel graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in 1992 with a diploma in Oral Hygiene. Her 20 plus years of experience in the dental industry has been gained by practicing in both South Africa and the United Arab Emirates in general private practices with exposure to the specialist practices of orthodontics, periodontics, and aesthetic and implant dentistry.Dulene is a highly skilled oral health care professional with superb instrumentation skills, who is dedicated to providing her patients with the best treatment, education and tools necessary for optimum oral health and beautiful smiles. Dulene completed a post-graduate course in Expanded Functions for the Dental Hygienist so she can be better able to assist her patients in any oral hygiene needs they might have.She has an attentive approach to individualized care that is best suited to each and every patient. Dulene’s gentle and empathetic nature is an asset to our practice, and she always ensures patients feel at ease during their dental visits.Her special interest is to relieve dental anxiety for patients and help them overcome their dental fears by providing a comfortable and relaxed environment, going to great lengths to make all procedures as gentle and painless as possible. She forms the core of our preventive dental care team, with specialized skills in periodontal treatment and a passion for cosmetic tooth whitening.
