Dr. Mohamad Imad Al Ostwani

Dr. Imad Al Ostwani is an Otolaryngologist at Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital. He completed his MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine in Damascus, followed by a specialization in ENT Surgery from the Ministry of Health. Subsequently, he completed an ENT certification from the Arab Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS), Dubai and is a Fellow of the European Board Of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.Dr. Ostwani spent a major part of his career as an Otolaryngologist with Almana General Hospital in Alkhobar, Riyadh, where he garnered extensive experience and excellent skills. Later, he relocated to the UAE to work as a Specialist Otolaryngologist. His expertise covers the entire gamut of ENT from the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ear, nose, throat and paranasal sinuses to conducting flexible nasolaryngoscopy and requesting radiology and laboratory investigations. He follows the latest procedures including audiograms and tympanograms, septoplasty and endoscopic naso-sinus surgeries, coblation-assisted tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, myringotomy and insertion of ventilation tubes. He has successfully treated conditions like enlarged tonsils with coblation, reduced snoring through coblation and endoscopy, removed foreign bodies from the nose, ear and throat and even corrected nasal fractures.
