Having graduated with an Honours degree from the University of Lisbon, Portugal, in 2005, she then completed a one-year full-time post-graduate in Periodontics and Implants and further consolidated her experience with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, UAE along in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with another advanced implant surgery course.A strong believer in evidence-based dentistry, Dr. Margarida seeks to continually update her knowledge to perfect her skills. Throughout her career, she has attended multiple courses in various fields of dentistry, in the UAE and internationally. Namely in cosmetic dentistry, she implements Digital Smile Design and has a postgraduate course in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry with Tipton Academy.Being a family dentist, Dr. Margarida particularly enjoys seeing children to set a good base for the future.
