Dr. Majid Kazem

Dr. Majid Kazem is a Specialist in Endodontics in the Department of Dentistry at the Medcare Medical Centre -Jumeirah. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, School of Dentistry and his MS in Prosthodontics from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, School of Dentistry, both in Tehran, Iran. He is a member of the Iranian Medical Council and a Board member of the Iranian Association of Endodontists.Dr. Kazem spent nearly two decades in Tehran, teaching university students and training dentists in Endodontics as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics at the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and also practised at a private Dental Clinic, specializing in Laser Dentistry. He then relocated to the UAE as a Specialist in Endodontics and Dentistry working with a well-known private Dental Clinic in Dubai - Dentofaces Cosmetic Clinic before joining Medcare.As an extremely skilled Endodontist, Dr. Kazem’s practice activities focus on endodontic treatment, including root canal treatment and retreatment, periapical surgery, traumatic dental injury, internal bleaching, apexogenesis and apexification, and revascularization treatments. He is also proficient in other specialties like Restoration, Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontal Surgery like crown lengthening, and implant surgery. He uses the latest techniques and procedures, especially laser dentistry to treat his patients and manages emergency dental treatments too. He is an expert in implant prosthesis, crown, veneers, smile design, scaling and polishing, root planning, whitening, attrition, teeth abrasion, occlusal guard, night guard treatment and occlusal adjustments. He is a strong believer in preventive dental care and prophylaxis.
