Dr. Kirthi Raju completed her MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India and MD ( Internal Medicine) and DM (Rheumatology) from the Tamilnadu Dr..M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, India. She further pursued a specialty certificate in Rheumatology, Federation of Royal College of Physicians of The UK and The British Society of Rheumatology, UK.Dr. Raju has a considerable suite of work experience starting out as a Registrar in Internal Medicine at Harvey Heart Hospital followed by General physician’s private practice, in Chennai. India. She was Assistant professor department of Internal Medicine at Sri Ramachandra Medical college Hospital and a fellow at the department of Rheumatology, Government General Hospital, Madras Medical College.She did a stint in Muscat as a specialist rheumatologist in the department of Rheumatology and Internal Medicine, Royal Hospital, after which she returned to India and served as a consultant rheumatologist at four hospitals in Chennai namely Santosh multispecialty hospitals, Sri Ramachandra medical Centre, Fortis Malar Hospital and Global hospitals and health city. Next she moved to Dubai as specialist rheumatology at Aster Medical Centre, then as consultant to Medcare hospital Al safa.
