Dr. Imtiaz Hashmi

Dr Imtiaz Hashmi is a UK-trained orthopaedic and spine surgeon with more than three decades of experience. Much of his career has been dedicated to helping patients with complex spinal problems, from scoliosis in children to degenerative conditions that affect adults later in life.Over the years, he has developed particular expertise in scoliosis correction and surgery for spinal stenosis, as well as minimally invasive techniques such as kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty. Patients often turn to him for revision surgery, especially in cases where previous procedures have not achieved the desired outcome. His approach is known for combining careful planning with a clear focus on improving long-term quality of life.Dr Hashmi began his medical training at King Edward Medical University in Lahore before earning his Fellowship from the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He later advanced his expertise in spinal surgery at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, UK.
