Dr. Hussein Lateef

Dr. Hussein Ahmed Lateef is a Consultant Vascular & Thoracic Surgeon currently heading the Scientific Committee at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City. He obtained his MCh in Thoracic Surgery from Amman University in 2005 and completed fellowships in Endovascular Surgery at Kiel and Nuremberg in Germany. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) and holds a Board certification in Thoracic Surgery. With more than 20 years in his field, he has established the first vascular and endovascular surgery unit under the UAE Ministry of Health (2007), introduced pioneering thoracoscopic techniques, and contributed to scientific literature and international conferences.
