Dr. Hamsa Noori

Dr. Hamsa Noori is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS from Damascus University and acquired an Arab Board specialisation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Maternity University Hospital in Damascus, Syria.Dr. Noori has spent more than a decade working across Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. During her initial days as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, she worked at Sharq Medical Centre in Qatar and then moved to the Almoosa Specialist Hospital in KSA. Later, she relocated to the UAE to take on the role of a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Prime Hospital in Dubai. Before joining Medcare, she was working at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.Dr Noori’s expertise covers the entire gamut of pregnancy care (prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum), labour and delivery management, ultrasound and foetal monitoring, normal deliveries and Caesarean sections, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, aesthetic gynaecology procedures and other gynaecologic surgeries. She treats patients with conditions like menstrual disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), fibroids, and abnormal uterine bleeding. She performs cervical cancer screening and cervix colposcopy, treats menopause and does hormone replacement therapy. She advises on contraception and family planning and administers Botox for vaginismus, labiaplasty and vaginal tightening and FEM shot treatment with PRP for vaginal rejuvenation.Dr. Noori enjoys travelling and swimming during her leisure hours. She speaks Arabic and English.
