I underwent shoulder arthroscopy surgery on both shoulders performed by Dr. Zimmerman. Initially, I experienced significant pain, difficulty sleeping, and limited movement in my shoulders. After the surgeries, I started physiotherapy with Ms. Sheila, who has been incredibly helpful in reducing my pain and improving my mobility.

Furthermore, Dr. Zimmerman advised that exercises and strengthening would not resolve my condition and suggested platelet-rich plasma injections (which are not covered by most insurance plans) and surgery as the main treatment options. Given these factors, I believe it’s worth considering other professionals who demonstrate both competence and strong ethical standards.

While I appreciate that every doctor has their own approach, I believe patients deserve transparent communication and consideration of less invasive treatments whenever possible. I am confident that there are other very competent and committed professionals who uphold high ethical standards and put their patients' well-being first. I would encourage anyone seeking care to explore multiple opinions before proceeding.
