Elise Bitar is a seasoned clinical psychologist, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, with over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings, including schools, community services, NGOs, and private practices. Her extensive experience has refined her holistic approach to therapy, enabling her to work effectively across diverse age groups.Dedicated to guiding individuals towards emotional wellness, Elise utilizes her expertise to heal minds and empower lives. Her therapeutic arsenal includes a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), counseling, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. With a keen interest in the influences of the unconscious mind and its manifestations, her aim is to address the root causes of her clients’ difficulties.Elise is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.
