Dr. Shaza Habib

Dr. Shaza Fawaz Habib is a Specialist Dermatologist at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her basic medical education at the Faculty of Medicine at Aleppo University in Syria. Later, she completed her Residency in Dermatology at the National Hospital of Latakia and qualified for her Syrian Board of Dermatology under the Ministry of Health in Damascus, Syria. She is a member of the Syrian Arab Society of Dermatology.Dr. Habib began her journey as a Dermatologist at the National Hospital of Latakia, then moved on to the Syrian Specialist Hospital to gain more experience. She was working at the Dummar Medical Centre in Damascus, Syria, before relocating to the UAE.Dr. Habib appears to focus on both aesthetic and clinical dermatology, as is evident from her extensive experience in skincare evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of dermatological conditions, hair disorders and nail abnormalities. She is skilled in performing minor surgical procedures, such as cyst excision and skin biopsies, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on patient safety. She has successfully treated patients with dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, bullous disorders, autoimmune connective tissue diseases, papulosquamous disorders, urticaria, cutaneous vasculitis, pregnancy dermatoses, ichthyoses, vitiligo, alopecia and hair disorders, nail disorders, and cutaneous infections, tumours, and surgery.
