While this didn’t take away from the quality of medical service, I hope the hospital continues to streamline the administrative side for a more seamless experience.

My visit to the Emergency Department was handled efficiently and professionally. I was seen by a doctor without long waiting times, and the triage nurses were both quick and compassionate. The team worked together seamlessly, and I received the care I needed promptly. The ER facilities were also very clean and well-equipped.

I was extremely anxious when I arrived at the ER, but Dr. Reham handled my case with a perfect balance of medical precision and heartfelt care. She assessed my symptoms thoroughly, communicated everything in a clear and simple manner, and ensured that I was kept informed throughout.
