He holds certifications in Pediatrics, Pediatric Respirology, and Pediatric Critical Care from prestigious institutions in Canada and the United States. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Lothian has served in various significant roles across multiple countries, including Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.Dr. Lothian's clinical expertise spans Pediatric Intensive Care, Mechanical Ventilation, Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV), Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and PICU Bronchoscopy. He has a strong focus on Pediatric Pulmonology, performing bronchoscopy, managing long-term ventilation, and treating neuromuscular disorders and Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD).
