Dr. Husham Hameed is a proficient Dentist at Medcare Medical Centre. He completed his DDS and Orthodontic Residency from Ajman University in the UAE and further qualified himself with several diplomas and certifications. He holds a Ceramic Veneer Diploma and is certified in the ⁠Wave-one Gold Rotary System, the ⁠Digital Touch Nitrous Oxide Sedation System, ⁠EON aligners and ⁠Invisalign aligners.After completing his Orthodontic Residency programme at Ajman University, Dr. Hameed started working as a General Dentist at Basmat Baghdad Medical Centre followed by a stint at the Dr. Rami Hamed Medical Center, both in the UAE.Dr. Hameed's expertise encompasses the full gamut of dental fillings, root canal treatment, scaling, polishing, bleaching, whitening, crowns, bridges, veneers, and dental extractions, as well as orthodontics, including metal braces and clear aligners. He has treated patients successfully for conditions like dental caries both posterior and anterior, severe swelling and abscess cases due to root canal infection, root canal, scaling and polishing for chronic generalised gingivitis cases, multiple malocclusion treatments, pericoronitis cases and periodontal abscess cases. He also performs extractions, both normal and surgical that require sectioning and bone removal, crown preparation after root canal treatment, bridges and removable dentures for missing teeth replacement, veneer cases and crown lengthening, post and core, after root canal treatments.In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and swimming.
