Dr. Donghoon Oh

Dr. Donghoon Oh is a Consultant Neurologist with over 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and management of complex neurological conditions. His practice covers a wide spectrum of adult neurology, with particular expertise in neuromuscular diseases, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. He is also highly experienced in neuroimmunology, clinical neurophysiology, and intraoperative neuro monitoring.Dr. Oh previously served as Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at Seoul National University Hospital. He has held senior leadership roles, including Head of the Neurology Department at Incheon Metropolitan City Medical Center and the Maritime Medical Center of the Korean Navy. Prior to joining King’s, he spent more than a decade practicing in the UAE, where he led and delivered comprehensive neurological care for adult patients with both acute and chronic conditions.He obtained his medical degrees (MD and MS) from Seoul National University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Samsung Medical Center, followed by a four year neurology residency at Seoul National University Hospital. He later undertook a specialised fellowship in neuromuscular diseases at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital. Dr. Oh holds board certifications in neurology and clinical neurophysiology, is ECFMG certified, and has successfully passed USMLE Step 3.His clinical approach emphasises precise diagnosis, evidence based treatment, and long term neurological care tailored to each patient’s condition and quality of life.
