Dr. Danah Alsmady

Dr. Danah Moaath Alsmady is a Specialist in Paediatrics at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS from the Jordanian Board of Paediatrics, a Certificate of High Degree of Paediatrics from the University of Jordan and an MD from the University of Jordan.Dr. Alsmady has worked in Jordan and the UAE. She commenced her career as a Resident in Paediatrics at the Jordan University Hospital in Jordan. Later, she moved to the UAE to work as a Specialist in Paediatrics at Oud Al Muteena Medical Centre and the Zen Life Poly Clinic.Dr. Alsmady is experienced in diagnosing and treating a variety of childhood illnesses, including chronic conditions, infectious diseases, and developmental disorders. She is proficient in paediatric assessments, immunisations, and preventive care, with a strong focus on emergency paediatric care, neonatal resuscitation, and growth monitoring. She treats healthy babies and vaccination, routine children's check-ups, respiratory tract diseases, asthma, allergic diseases, paediatric emergencies, gastrointestinal conditions, kidney and urinary tract infections, growth and development assessment for newborns, infants, and children, parental guidance, support, and counselling.She enjoys reading and swimming during her spare time. She speaks Arabic and English.
