Dr. Chaymae Mouhoub

Dr. Mouhoub Chaymae is a Specialist in Paediatrics at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS from the Medical School of Rennes University in France, followed by an MD and DES in Paediatrics, both post-graduate degrees from the Medical School of Paris-Sud University, also in France. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Neonatology and Perinatology from the Paris Descartes University in France. She is a member of the Société Française de Pédiatrie (SFP) and the Société Française de Néonatologie (SFN). Dr. Chaymae commenced her career as a Medical Intern with the Rennes University Hospital in France and went on to do her Paediatric Residency at several Greater Paris Hospitals. As a Resident, she received invaluable experience at the Neonatology Department and Paediatric gastro-enterology of the Robert Debre Hospital, General Paediatrics and ER at De La Fontaine Hospital and Ambroise Pare Hospital, Paediatric Neurology, Neonatology, Neonatal Resuscitation, Paediatric Cardiology and Congenital Heart Diseases at the Necker Hospital, and PICU at the Trousseau Hospital. Later, she became a Specialist Junior Paediatrician in Neonatology and NICU and a part-time Paediatrician at the Paediatric European Centre in Paris. She also served as a Paediatrician and Neonatologist, first at the Armand Brillard Private Hospital and then at the American Hospital of Paris, before joining Medcare.With extensive experience in Paediatrics, Dr. Chaymae’s expertise covers the entire gamut of paediatric conditions including infectious diseases in children, chronic and acute illnesses, paediatric emergencies, growth and development, well baby visits, vaccinations and routine care of newborn and pre-term babies. She is proficient in managing acute respiratory infections, infectious angina, pneumonia, asthma, bronchiolitis, common flu, UTI, gastroenteritis, growth disorders, eruptive fever, chickenpox, acute otitis, gastroesophageal reflux and anaemia.In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, biking and catching-up on her reading. She speaks Arabic, English and French.
