Dr. Cyril Noel

Dr Noel is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine with 20 years experience in the field and a special interest in major trauma. In the Middle East, he spent the last 4 years in the UAE where initial 2 years was at a very busy Emergency Department, Al Qassimi Hospital (Trauma Center, hyperacute stroke and STEMI Center) as an Emergency Medicine Consultant.More recently, he was Head of Emergency Services for a private hospital group in Dubai and Sharjah having responsibility for 4 Emergency Departments. At the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Dr Noel was the Medical Director for a 500 beds temporary isolation facility for confirmed cases in co-operation with Governmental Authorities. He was also in a leading role in achieving JCI Accreditation in 2021.Prior to the UAE, Dr Noel worked as a consultant in the Emergency Department of King’s College Hospital in London, UK for nearly 10 years where he gained extensive experience in major trauma. During that time, he was particularly involved in the Emergency Response to a few of the disasters that took place in London during the late 2010’s. Dr Noel (French national) trained in France, at the University of Toulouse in Emergency Medicine with a special interest in prehospital care
