Dr. Carl Martin Falken Wetterhall

Dr. Wetterhall joined Healthpoint in 2023 as a Consultant Spine and Orthopedic Surgeon. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from Hälsouniversitetet Linköping, Sweden in 2006. Dr. Wetterhall completed his training to be a registered spine surgeon with the Swedish Society of Spinal Surgeons in 2017 after a tenure of three years. Completing several complementary courses within the specialties of orthopedics and spine, Dr. Wetterhall has been trained in the latest surgical practices from international institutions like Bern University, Switzerland and Stockholm Spine Center, Upplands Väsby. Over the past 17 years, Dr. Wetterhall has held several positions within orthopedic departments at reputable healthcare entities based in Sweden and the UAE. Most notably, in his recent role as Consultant Spine and Orthopedic Surgeon in the Neuro-Orthopedic Center at the Ryhov Regional Hospital, he operated on patients with spinal injuries, deformities and degenerative pain conditions as well as orthopedic fractures.
