Dr. Arun Asok Cheriyan

Dr. Arun Asok Cheriyan is a Specialist Cardiologist who brings over two decades of expertise to the field of Cardiology. With his training spanning across India, New Zealand & Europe, he holds a wealth of experience in advanced Cardiac care. Following training at the renowned Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, he started his Cardiology practice with the establishment of Interventional Cathlab services at Sagara Co-Operative Hospital, Alleppey and helped with the roll out of round the clock Primary Angioplasty Program at Alleppey Medical College in the coastal district of Alleppey. After training in Electrophysiology at the prestigious Greenlane Cardiology Services at Auckland Cily Hospital, New Zealand, he was instrumental in the expansion of Cardiology services at Moulana Hospital in North Kerala with the establishment of an EP lab and up-gradation of Interventional Cathlab services following which he was a Specialist Cardiologist with Aster Clinics where he had established a Heart Rhythm Clinic with introduction of HUTT (Head Up Tilt Table) testing.
