Dr. Andreja Smajila, MD, is a highly skilled and passionate gynecologist with over twenty years of experience in the healthcare system. Her focus is managing normal and high-risk pregnancies, breast diseases, and various gynecological conditions.Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to the field of office hysteroscopy, which has significantly improved the health and satisfaction of her patients.Dr. Smajila was inspired to pursue medicine as a career by her brother, who studied dentistry. She completed her medical degree at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Medicine and underwent her residency at the University Medical Center Ljubljana, where she received the highest honors. In 2007, she began her career as a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics at the General Hospital of Izola.
