Dr. Ahmed Hassan

Dr. Ahmed Hassan is a Specialist Paediatrician and practices at both the Rashidiya and Khawaneej Medcare Medical Centres. He completed his MBChB and MSc from the University of Alexandria in Egypt and went on to achieve an MRCP (Ireland). He is a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.Dr. Hassan has more than 20 years of experience in the field of general paediatrics practising in various teaching hospitals in countries like Egypt, KSA, Kuwait, the UK and UAE. He has served as a faculty member and specialist in UAE for many years. He is well-versed in all aspects of general paediatrics. He manages all common paediatric problems for his little patients from birth till adolescence which include nutritional problems, vaccinations and acute illness. He has a special interest in the areas of paediatric asthma, allergy and immune disorders.When he’s not working Dr. Hassan likes to catch up on his reading. His other hobbies are gardening and travelling. He speaks both Arabic and English fluently.
