Dr. Abdulkadir Farah

Dr. Abdulkadir Ali Farah is MD and Sta/CCST- UK and certified radiologist from the Danish Board of Radiology. His commenced his career as a locum consultant at various hospitals in Norway (Forde Hospital, Kristiansund and Lovisenberg Hospital) and at Gallivare Hospital, Sweden. His work experience consists of cross sectional imaging and being a general consultant radiologist at Alnoor Medical Company and at University Hospital Lewisham. He was appointed lead radiologist in musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging, neuroimaging and cardiac CT, in haematology and GI multi-disciplinary team meetings. He performed a variety of roles and set up local neurology and pain service clinico-radiological meetings. Dr. Farah has been extensively involved in training and career development of radiologists and radiographers including supervision and presence at local governance and audit meetings. He was consultant radiologist at East Surrey Hospital, Surrey and Sussex Health care NHS Trust. His special area of encompasses musculoskeletal radiology.He is member of British Medical Association, Royal College of Radiology, Danish Medical Association, Danish Society of Radiology and International Cancer Imaging Society (ICIS). His expertise covers musculoskeletal radiology, cardiac CT, peripheral CT angiography, oncology imaging, body imaging US, MRI and CT and conventional X-ray. He is fluent in Danish and English.
