Matrix Rhythm Therapy is a mechanical stimulation technique developed by Dr. Ulrich Randoll in Germany. It is based on the premise that in a healthy individual, cells in the body rhythmically pulsate in frequency of 8-12 Hz. In disease conditions, this frequency is disturbed. Matrix Rhythm Therapy applies mechanical stimulations in the same frequency to synchronize and reset the disturbed cell rhythm.
Individuals with the following conditions can undergo Matrix Rhythm Therapy:
Individuals who have risk factors for embolisms (blood vessel blockage), such as heart disease, smoking, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, and obesity cannot undergo Matrix Rhythm Therapy.
Matrix Rhythm Therapy is designed to recreate the physiological vibrations that are unique to an individual’s body. These vibrations are applied externally to stimulate the nervous system and the skeletal muscles without causing pain. As a result, cell metabolism returns to normal, which restores the tissue healing and renewal process at a cellular level.
The number of sessions required depends on an individual's health condition. Based on the health issue and initial response, the therapist will advise and plan about the next session.
Matrix Rhythm Therapy is a safe, non-invasive, and mechanical rhythm treatment for improving the mobility of joints, skeletal muscle repair and regeneration of injured muscles within the musculoskeletal system.
Matrix Rhythm Therapy is performed by applying rhythmic pressure on an affected area of the body with the help of a medical device that produces pulsating oscillations in the range of 8-30hz.
