Dr. Mohit Monga

Following conventional medicine on my disorder called Ankylosing Spondylitis gave me side effects like consistent headaches, tinnitus and boils all over body. Conventional medicine treats symptoms, not causes, hence resulting in side effects. When I went to Dr. Mohit, it was first time any doctor first asked me what I was eating. He took atleast 40mins to discuss everything about my diet and then also recommended me to take herbal products. Any ailment to human is caused by nutrition and exercise deficiencies (70%), infection (25%) and genetics (5%). I was so glad that Dr. Mohit knew all this through his learnings in Ayurveda. I was already on No Starch Diet and he further fine-tuned it to make it more compatible and rational to me. Ayurveda or any "actual healing" takes time and I am pleased to say that I am getting improvements on daily basis under his guidance.
