I had kind of no hope to get back to a blissful life. I read few articles of her on stress managemnt. And decided to visit once with lil hope. I was overwhelmed how she helped me understand the roots cause of my problem. She gave me few homeworks and task to keep myself away from negativity. After two sessions with her i started finding my mind feeling light sometimes. And few weeks after i got to understand how a guidance and talk therapy can help you get rid of mind problems like depression, bipolar etc. It was amazing experience having sessions with such an experienced and professional Psychologist.
