I can tell she genuine in wanting to help us. I reached out to her for my mother who lives in Delhi and was undergoing severe stress and anxiety after covid , not just healthwise but also due to the loss of friends and family. My mother was extremely reluctant to meet a psychologist but when she spoke to Dr. Verma , she felt as though she were talking to a close family member. She felt that Dr. Verma really cared about her as a person not just as a client. I understand that my mother has been able to talk about things she hasn’t been comfortable sharing without the fear of judgment. Highly recommend her! She thoroughly enjoyed her 3 sessions with the doctor who provided extremely valuable suggestions and insight.
I must also mention that the doctor never charged us extra even though the session went beyond the scheduled time. She also gave us time slots quite quickly. That only goes to show her commitment towards her patients.
