I have tried various methods like allopathy, naturopathy, homeopathy and Ayurveda as well. I have mixed feedback for all those methods as none of them able to cure my fatty liver and after some time got back elevated levels of SGOT & SGPT.
In the month of September, I searched on google "Dietician near me" and i got the number of Dr. Sugeeta and I booked my appointment only for weight loss.
As always i was a bit circumspect to start as this was the first time i was going for a dietician. we discussed the issues for about half an hour so that she could understood the overall health issues and then she suggested a balanced diet and couple of ayurvedic medicines.
Following the diet chart I never felt that i am on diet because there were lot many options according to my liking and I never felt craving/hunger during the day. So, after two month i got my tests done and happy to see that my SGOT and SGPT level reduced drastically. Though i didn't loss much weight but i could get away with other issues like indigestion and bloating. Since, my liver was getting back in to shape so i never worried about my weight, which was anyways just 3-4 kgs higher.
Now, after 4 months of diet and ayurvedic treatment:-
1. My Fatty liver is fully cured.
2. My HDL improved
3. No bloating or indigestion
4. I feel very light despite the same weight.**** *** ********* ** **** *** ******** ****** ******* *** ***
Now for next two months we will targeting the cholesterol level which will surely come down under her guidance and expertise.

I was not really sure how will I be able to go through this to get my weight under control as I was one with no good food habits and would love eating outside food on a daily basis. Spoke to Dr. Sugeeta and got the confidence that I can do it and took a 3 months package. My diet plan was simple and very easy and the best part was that I was not living on salad and fruits, which was what I thought dieting is all about but surprisingly I was having proper food and did not starve for even one single day. My diet plan also included dishes which you can order from outside and have, I was allowed to have food according to my cravings as well and which never made me feel that I am on a diet plan. The 3 months passed on so quickly and I had lost 12 kgs by the end of 3 months. It was a fantastic weight loss journey, all thanks to Dr. Sugeeta as she was always there to motivate and guide and also always available. The diet plans were very simple and uncomplicated which could be followed very easily. The best part about this journey to weight loss was how dr sugeeta guided, motivated and counselled me at various stages of weight loss.
