Hello Doctors I had done zsr on 26 july everything is ok now but when penis is not in erection then having such round ring is seen ..is it swelling..??? Because only in that part sensitivity is still exist and during masturbate when hand touches that part of skin then I feel sensitivity and little pain attach photo Hope i describe well and get good response as earlier
