Wt to do if i sweat a lot
I am having some strange issue of over sweating.. Actually i am continuously sweating when i am leaving Ac. even though i am not doing any hard work and normally seating under full speed fan i start sweating. My clothes remain full of sweat as soon as i leave the Ac or go outside which makes me feel embarrassed.
I am used so many antiperspirants but issue not resolved with any of that. Please help.

I can understand your concern.
Some people just perspire more than the others.
It's normal for them.
Get your thyroid profile done for starters.
Consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
