I was suffering from wrist pain since 1 day and done with wrist X-ray and everything is normal. But Having more pain

Hello...... X ray  shows fracture of bone..  Ligament tear  ,sprain takes time to heal..  Local inflammation due to trauma can cause pain..  physiotherapy , rest , cold compression , crepe bandages are helpful...consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital..
